For ex: Kobebryant.com and KB24.com end up as the same webpage. Same as yahoo.com and yahoo.net. What is the correct terminology behind this and does it cost a lot of money to do?

I recently employed i-page web hosting to host a site for me. Service was the worse I have ever seen, slowest page load times. Apparently they have found a way to turn high speed internet into dial up. And, their money back guarantee is minus a cancellation fee. Now there’s a business model that can’t lose, but they won’t be getting any more of my money.
Is there any site that will give a temporary e-mail address with varied domains?
Say, for example, someone needed a temporary e-mail that wasn’t on a list of temp. mails of a particular website which is trying to charge lots of money for viewing films and cut back on fake accounts.
Basically, I need a temp. mail that’s not on Graboid’s files, or a temp. e-mail with randomised domain, if possible, in order to watch films on-line for free.

I am starting a forum and considering to purchase hosting from either webpalace.com ( http://www.securepaynet.net/hosting/web-hosting2.aspx?prog_id=2create)
or bluehost.com. And bluehost says it offers 2500 free email accounts. What are the email accounts even for? I already have email accounts from hotmail, yahoo, gmail etc. .. Are they different?
